Alice Lai-Bitker and John Han, the founders of Alice Home Care, have a combined 12 years of experience providing in-home care to seniors in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Alice Lai-Bitker
Alice, our namesake and founder, has been serving the Alameda community for over 30 years. Alice's experience working in social services and local government prompted her to give back to her community by assisting elders in staying in their homes. Her goal has been constant throughout her career as a public servant: positively influence the lives of those who most require our attention. Alice enjoys making a positive difference in her clients' lives as they mature securely and freely.
John Han
Following his military service, John worked as a consultant in the entertainment industry and as a manager at a high-pressure manufacturing facility. But his desire to keep serving others compelled him to research the senior in-home care field. He witnessed his wounded friend's treatment during his Army service, which introduced him to the importance of providing appropriate care.
